Greetings! I would like to inquire on how to add my son on our pending petition for my wife. I am still waiting for the approval of our I-130 in California Service center under F2A category (WAC*******) and our country is Philippines. My wife moved to Canada last December of 2017 on a Philippines passport and a tourist visa, she is staying there on a valid work permit. She gave birth to our son on April 2018. We would like to add our son as a derivative and would like to know what documents do we have to submit. He has a Canadian birth certificate and Canadian passport. Do we need to secure him a Philippine birth certificate and Philippine passport as well?
