The letter said it appears i am inadmissible and to submit form i-601. I am to include a brief affidavit form my spouse indicating what hardship she wld face. The affidavit must be supported by documentary evidence. If i disagree with the above request, i may provide written explanation/evidence showing my reasons.

The letter however didn't state what the misrepresentation is.

A i 601 waiver is not a letter, or a brief affidavit, much more detailed and complicated, a package. something to discuss with your Lawyer.
