My joint Sponsor is married filing jointly so they asked for he husband’s W2. On the I1864a form they ask the household members relationship with the sponsor. Are they asking relationship to me or the joint sponsor? The i864a form is for my joint sponsor’s husband.

Is with the joint sponsor and not you.  In the sense the joint sponsor filled 1864

They are trying to fix that this weekend they stated ceac won't be taking payments until after 3/4/2019 at 1am..

Got my case number today (March 1st). NVC had received the file January 15th. Was able to log in and pay my fees too.

Just received our NVC case number! Our case was received at the NVC on 1/17/2019.  Just paid our fees!

Do we need to choose an agent (form DS 261) before paying fees? My husband said he logged in and paid both fees without knowing he needed to choose an agent.

I actually did call and ask. All I got from the guy was your past that point now. I have attorney thank God,who confirmed I had the correct email.
