Every B-application is evaluated individually. Some might get approved, others denied. Or they all might be approved (unlikely) or denied. 

 

Better to not use a real name, you should already know that being in e-commerce. Username here allows your linkedin profile and pic to be visible.

I got rejected some years ago a B1/B2 visa for a family trip and 5 weeks later my company asked me to try again due to an upcoming conference. It was a big trasnational american pharmaceutical company and I had a coordinator position + 5 years working with them.

 

The CO asked me "you applied for the same visa 6 weeks ago, what's new now that you are coming again?" I was honest and explain about my company and that they asked me to get a visa due to a promotion I just had gotten and the conference. I still got rejected.

There is no "group" visa, even for families.  Each candidate is evaluated on their likelihood of returning home vs. overstaying.
