Help on birth certificate and passport not matching

My fiancé’s birth certificate states -Lalu Muhammad Ace

his passport states -Muhammad Ace

Lalu is a title name of the king and for all of his documents he uses Muhammad Ace. When we filed the K1visa and already were approved it was never even questioned why he had two names on his passport and three on his birth certificate. We are here in Indonesia for 1 more week until we both go back to United States but just wondering if he should change his birth certificate to say Muhammad Ace to match his passport. I’m just wondering when we do paperwork in the future if it will be an issue. I also looked on the adjustment of status paperwork and it says other names used and I didn’t know if I could just use Lalu for other names used. Please help!!

Hi i got the same case. My name has  "Raden" (royalty title)  in  front of my first  name in  birth certificate  but not in passport. I just gave it a go and here I am now in US waiting  for my interview step. I guess we will just need to explain or print some proof if it is really royalty title thing like from article or anything incase they are asking. So far I don't have problem until this point. As to change birth certificate again is a lot of hassle for me.
