losing the benefits is okay with me, i just want to move to the states and live there and especially be there with my gf thats my main goal im willing to sacrifice everything for her.

If you plan on getting married after your divorce is finalized, she can always do a K1 or CR-1 then.

If the main reason you want to move to the US is for your girlfriend then focus on the relationship until you are both ready to take the step to married and then go the K-1 or CR-1 route. I can tell you that unless you can use connections or are in a field that is high in demand for workers in the US the working visa will be very unlikely chance.

My now husband and I met in the US while I was on a working visa, we were together for 3 years before my visa was up and I returned home. I tried and tried to get another working visa but wasn't successful with this even after having 2 previous working visas. Being long distance we put all our energy into working hard on our relationship with regular visits and constant contact. Long distance sucks but I really believe when it works you are stronger for it. And just as an added tip, I really believe the key to a successful LD relationship is talk about EVERYTHING! After almost 2 years of long distance he proposed and we applied for K-1 Visa.

Advice to you in a nutshell.. patience, perseverance and a tone of love!
