He can pay the visa fee. But your dad and sis will have to convince the CO on their own regardless of whether someone is asking them to come or not. Showing the CO that someone is paying for all their expense is a recipe for visa refusal. They will have to show they have the means to travel on their own merit AKA 'sponsoring' themselves.

Thanks I've learnt so much from here

So what would you advice I do now. They do have a way to show strong ties here but it just doesn't include the finances

I'd advise to wish them luck.

What is the way to show strong ties that they have?

My dad's a pastor so he would get some kind of documents from the church as a clergy, my sis is a broadcaster with a government radio.  She'd get a letter from her boss. We haven't exactly worked out what the details of this letters would be. As we're just starting this process. Any ideas would be welcome.

Keep in mind that whatever documents they do bring, the CO is not obliged to look at any of it.  The decision is made off from the info already on the DS-160 and whatever questions they are asked at the interview.

An invitation letter stating your fiancee is paying for their travel/lodging/all expenses can do more harm than good....gives the CO the impression that you and your fiancee would also be willing to financially support them should they overstay their visas.

Have they ever traveled to the US before/have they ever overstayed a visa/have they ever been denied a visa in the past will also be taken into consideration.

Don't worry; we all learn from here. Some people are usually skeptical when told invitation letter and assurances of family members in the US don't help their tourist visa cases. In your case, I believe you are now questioning your skepticism in good faith.

I personally don’t believe a situation like this (fiancé pays for wife’s family from poorer country to attend their wedding) is necessarily a negative. But they really need to show strong ties.

No they haven't travelled before. They're only coming for my wedding. As my sister has to has to get back to work. She's seeking only two weeks break. My dad is same he can't leave the church. Also my baby sister is just 12. He obviously can't leave her at home. So he's definitely coming back

Does having my sisters back home show a strong tie? The last is 12 and the other two are in university age 17 and 19

Yes I am. I need all the help I can get. There coming is just for moral support as my dad needs to walk me down the aisle, my mum is late so my older sister is representing her. She would need to get back to Nigeria because she's currently working on getting sponsorship for her own radio show which would be dedicated to budding entrepreneurs

Not really. Because many immigrants move to another country to work and send money back to their family. Plus, you sisters are old enough to be self sufficient.

The problem is when you say the they can't leave this or that behind you are just arguing against something that happens all the time. There are many people who leave their life and family behind to go and work in another country so they can send money back home. There is a docuseries on Netflix that, in one episode, covered women and an small village in an African country (I forget which country) where they were married to men who left to work in other countries. Many of the women haven't seen their husbands for many years.

We know this is something that is tough to accept. But many people don't get the privilege to see America. Even if they are sincere and have good reasons. But that should not discourage your dad and sister(s) to give it a try. They may very well get a visa. The people who are posting on here are only letting you know that your efforts to ensure they get a visa may be futile because technically, you are not part of their process.

Thank you. At this point I sincerely don't know where to begin. I pray they get a visa as it would really be great to have them with me on my big day.

Do your father and sister have upcoming commitments  which require their presence in Nigeria after the wedding?  That might help if you can document them.  Unfortunately, Nigeria is perceived to be at the top of all high fraud countries, but there is hope......Good luck.
