Interview scheduled but haven’t received interview date

Our interview for green card, has been scheduled according to USCIS on the 7th February, it is now the 25th February and we haven’t received our interview notice yet. Does it normally take this long to get the interview notice, so we know what date we have to attend?

Call them and ask to talk to a Tier 2 officer. Delete your case number on the post. Don’t post personal identitiable information
