My fiancé is from Russia living in Italy. We just got our NOA2 approval so we are preparing for our interview. She will be going to the Italian Naples Embassy for her interview. The ask for police certificates from anywhere you lived for more than a year so she is going to have to get these certificates from Russia and Italy. Does she need to get her police certificate from Russia apostilled?

My fiancé is Russian living in Italy. She lost records of her vaccinations from Russia so she has to get them again in Italy or get paperwork for them somehow. She is having trouble doing both. Does anyone have any recommendations of how and what we should do? Please help.

If she can't obtain her vaccination record from Russia she should just explain this at the medical. The panel physician will work with her to determine if she needs any vaccines and if so, they will give her the right vaccinations.

Make sure to take enough money to the medical (if she has to pay in cash)

Is there no way for her to get her old records from Russia?  Otherwise, any primary care physician's office can draw serum titers to check for antibodies which would show whether she was ever vaccinated with the required immunizations.  In some cases, they might just repeat the vaccines.
