Yes, Finally !!! I received it on 20th. You should call to NVC and ask for the invoice ID# . Just for double check.

Let me clarify Adri, you received your case on the 20th and having trouble logging and today you were able to login. is that correct?

Correct, the thing is I was missing a number on the invoice ID. That's why when I tried to log in did not match.

Oh and how did you obtain that number, by calling NVC?

It is 8 numbers, not letters.

I received NVC email on Feb 21, have not been able to login since. My IIN has 5 digits and 11 numbers. I tried 3 various combinations (from different cases) and found out that the IIN with only 8 numbers and the one with number starting with 1 can get thru. However, the IIN having numbers starting with 3 cannot. I wonder if the ceac system could have a screening tool. Any ideas? Thanks.

Someone told me to try my husbands date of birth, which would be 8 digits, but that didn’t work.  Is your invoice any relation to you or your spouses birthday? Or is it random?

Same I’m trying other combos and didn’t work. Nvc also confirmed again over the phone that I had the right invoice. Which is frustrating

I don't see  any relation with his date of birth. I think is random.

Can you clarify? Your case and invoice numbers are not Alphanumeric?

I assume your case is not a CR1/IR1?
