Per this article they are saying likely he will get off the charges. 

 

Due to them being licensed masseuse and being around age 40 and 50, Looks like he was at the wrong place at the wrong time for his rub and tug

So if the women were willing prostitutes then there is no foul. Illegal prostitution is only illegal if the woman is being forced into it.

I like the way you think, but I think only Nevada agrees with you.  Hundreds of thousands of women across the rest of the country must break the law in order to make that kind of money.

Nevada has areas where prostitution is legal, but no everywhere in the state. Florida does not allow prostitution. So if Kraft paid for services, he’s still guilty of the misdemeanor.

Another example of rich people using their wealth/influence to get special treatment...  His $2000/hr lawyers got the video tape thrown out, even though the cameras were installed and recorded under a search warrant signed by a judge.    

 

In the end, the case will probably get dismissed.  There won't even be a trial.  But everybody knows what happened.  He paid for sex, got busted, and then used his $ to get out of it.  

 

And I'm sure that the tape will come out publicly at some point.  TMZ has a way of getting those tapes, even against a corrupt judge's (Kraft's buddy) order.  The embarrassment will be great.

It's more than just that...it's a possible case of human trafficking. These women were on the wrong types of visa (certainly not "work" visas), which is also an immigration violation. But yes, people with enough cash can bend the immigration rules at their will it seems. I want to know what visas these women came in on, and how...what corrupt immigration lawyer helped arrange that I wonder? Maybe they were even here illegally?

But people like Kraft (well, ALL the john's, in all likelihood) had nothing to do with how the women got here.  They were simply paying for sex, as so many millions of men before them.  (By no means am I advocating for sex trafficking,  that's a crime of a different color, obviously)
