Years ago, I worked in an auto plant in the city of Flint Michigan.  This particular plant had three Asian massage parlors right across the street from it.  Everyone knew what was going on and many knew a lot of those auto workers would visit those establishments occasionally, especially the night shifters.  Just for the record, I was not one of those individuals, but I always wondered why these spas were allowed to continue.

Why do they tend to have Asian working there? Instead of people from Mexico or Russia

  I don't think they can force a sale, as I said earlier, but they can use external motivation to push him in that direction. So say they have a huge fine and long term suspension where he can't even be at the facility. Then they can offer him a lower fine and short suspension if he lets his son take over ownership. Then they give him the decision. 

 

  Things have changed a lot since Irsay's suspension. They have been coming down a lot harder on the players for personal conduct violations, and the NFL has maintained that they will hold owners to a higher standard than players. I feel like if Irsay got six for drugs, Kraft could be looking at the entire season or more for this. I do think they may be looking to make an example of him. It doesn't help Kraft that the subject of human trafficking was an issue that the NFL just raised at the SB.

Two on Duval street close to each other.  Red Garter Saloon and Teasers.   Across the street and on the same block as Sloppy Joe's.

 

I think it is Red Garter that has the sign in the front door that says "Daycare for husbands" or something similar.  Went in there once with a native Russian speaking friend and a Ukrainian girl was quickly chatting with him trying to sell a lap dance.

 

Was also walking down the street last year and overheard two guys talking about going back there to check out the Russian girls.
