As I recall I almost threw my Macbook Pro like a discus when trying to register her for CFO back in September.)))) I am glad to be done with it...

It's impossible. I just hope they can find ways to make it better. 😞

CFO should bring their website out of the stone ages .... only works with Internet Explorer ?     Seriously, an obsolete browser  ...

I was able to submit the appointment request via chrome for my wife's CFO appointment in Cebu which was required before she could get her passport in her married name, so I'm not sure it only works in internet explorer, unless they broke it again.

Do read the 1st pop-up when you go to the CFO website, it states to use the windoze operating system and Internet Explorer browser.  If this forum would allow me to past the screen shot I would have posted it

I'm glad you got it done with Chrome.   Still CFO needs to get their website up to date .. IE is DOA.

My fiance was not able to get her bar code confirmation either at first. She called the CFO office and they gave her a reference number which was actually her confirmation number. They also sent her an email with a link that took her back into her registration form.  I competed the form using Chrome on my MacBook and was able to get the barcode confirmation PDF which I emailed to her. In the end, CFO send her another email with the bar code confirmation. So a lot of back and forth which seems ridiculous. She wanted the bar code hard copy in her hand so we made it work. Glad it's behind us.

Now let's hope those of us Valentines Day approvals see ISSUED tomorrow!

I think my blood pressure will not go down until she actually walks through my front door))). We walked by the embassy today. Hundreds of people waiting for their loved ones to come out. Must be tourist visa and IR day.  On our K1 day it was K1 and student visas...I almost yelled to them to chuck ours out of the window)))

Not a newbie but lost my old info years ago) I have been through this process before --all the way through naturalization-- This site has always been a great help to me.
