I had my k1 Visa interview already and I was approved. I just knew now that it has been on Administrative Processing since Feb. 15.

As i have researched, this AP status may take weeks or 60 dayd, but I was not informed about it during the interview, was only told I will get my Visa in 5-10 business days. I'm just worried, because me and my fiance are flying to the US on March 14 and still has to schedule for CFO.

Has anyone experienced this too? If so, how long did it take for you to receive your passport and Visa?

P.S. thank you Hank_ and Greenbaum for all of your help in my journey!!!!

Ours has been in AP since 2/20.  Her CFO is scheduled for March 12.  Waiting as well.

YMMV

Yeah, crossing our fingers it will be arriving soon. Mine has been changed to Non-immigrant already but still AP.

Congrats by the way!!

CO may of told you approved during the interview, but actually approval is when you see ISSUED on the CEAC website.  From that date it can be another 5-10 business days (not from the interview)

It has only been 5 business days since the interview (18th was a holiday)  For now you need to be patient.

We are in the same situation. Approved 2/14 but waiting to see ISSUED. My fiance has taken the CFO seminar so just needs to collect the sticker at the airport. She is hoping to fly on 3/11 but we have not purchased airfare yet. She is in Albay so not sure what kind of timeline we are looking at for 2GO delivery. Once it's delivered, I will book the flight.

She mentioned that Monday, the 25th is a Philippine holiday so perhaps they are behind a couple of days due to the holidays? Patience is a virtue, I keep telling myself.

You can set an appointment or do schedule for CFO when you still don't have your passport and visa, once you're done with your CFO they will give you a certificate and once you recieved your passport and visa that's the time that you will come back to the CFO and get the stamp.

One of the first  questions asked by the online system is do you have the visa already.  If you answer no, then you do not get asked to upload a photo of it.

We just made our appointment in Cebu for March 12 and were not asked for a copy of the visa and passport.

YMMV
