Hi everyone, struggling to get some answers and I want to get the paperwork sent this weekend also I apologise for any stupid questions lol

I-485 Pg 7 Part 5 Q.3 - how many times have you been married. This is my first marriage to do I put 1 or 0.

Do we need to submit any evidence like we did in K1 such as photos etc? I know we need to submit W2s, marriage cert etc but wasn’t sure about evidence of a continued relationship

I had my medical in November as part of my K1, what do I need to do with regards to the medical, is there anything on them I-693 that I need to complete?

Might have more but I have almost finished the paperwork lol

Thank you!

Nicola

You're over-thinking. How many times have you been married? The answer isn't zero if you are married.

I know we need to submit W2s,

The affidavit of support requires more than W-2s. The latest tax return is required. A W2 alone with no tax return will get you an RFE.

I didn't send photos and that type of relationship evidence

This is a good thread from today with good lists. It should help you get organized.
