Forget the proof of ongoing relationship

Forget the fb et al

Forget the money transfers

Forget the CENOMAR

Forget the bc of the beneficiary

All that stuff above is shown to the embassy

YMMV

I would go with what @payxibka said because they have the most recent experience. Also check out the Philippines subforum as well if you want.

Would it really be a good idea to show the money transfer receipt to the CO?  Wouldn't that raise suspicion of fraud on the part of the beneficiary?  Unless the couple has children together and the money is for child support?

Not judging.  Just wondering if showing evidence of financial support is really a positive for K1 visa application.

I think the money transfers are not important and I  would concentrate on more important evidence.   My fiancee wanted to provide transfer evidence because we built a house on her family compound and I couldn't talk her out of it

YMMV

Thanks payxibka.  I agree it's better to concentrate on stronger evidence.
