Another question is when she need the Hong Kong Police clearance? Am I to submit her CENOMAR paperwork also?

You are correct. That was Ngong Ping. We went there over Thanksgiving last year. 

 

She will need the police certificate and the CENOMAR for the interview.

ok, she asked about the CENOMAR and I didnt have a answer for her. My fiance works there also, she posted pics just last week!

You don't need these until later in the process.   Follow the guides.  After the NVC stage you will get instructions that apply to where the interview is scheduled.

probably Manila, she needs the Police clearance after she leaves, probably wont back to work there

Have her get it while she is there. It is much easier that way. Maybe a week or so before she leaves
