Im sick have a cronic illness which they wont consider ,we also have a daughter and one on the way, he also has depression but waa treated back 2015 .when we filed back in May he did not have job and our financial situation was completely diffeeent than now .My mother inlaw had also lots of health problems but she is much better she also wasnt working depended on me at that time. Now he has stable income and mother inlaw is much healthier . The officer wants evidence on her health condition on our current finacial status and how will my daughter be affected . Actually sounds like your situation and asking for the waiver did u  more harm

the former limitied income

and you being sick and pregnant may seem like you will become a public charge

Well thats not the case I actually have a great job reason why both mother in law and husband were able to depend on me during there low . But I can see how it might seem that way. Thanks for your imput I knew it could look like that but lawyer insisted ..so now we are here .

Sounds like you have more than enough to build a decent case for a waiver but have an incompetent lawyer.
