We have two more weeks to gather eveything we can .If I was to be send back to my country my husband would have to stay here due to court situations. Im sick have a cronic illness which they wont consider ,we also have a daughter and one on the way, he also has depression but waa treated back 2015 .when we filed back in May he did not have job and our financial situation was completely diffeeent than now .My mother inlaw had also lots of health problems but she is much better she also wasnt working depended on me at that time. Now he has stable income and mother inlaw is much healthier . The officer wants evidence on her health condition on our current finacial status and how will my daughter be affected . I need advice on anything you guys think I can gather besides from the obvious especially from my daugher what can I get to show that she will suffer if we are seperated ? I know this is long but wanted to give the full picture im working with a lawyer who im not to happy with . He continues to say that somethings you just cant prove .

Actually sounds like your situation and asking for the waiver did u  more harm

the former limitied income

and you being sick and pregnant may seem like you will become a public charge

Sounds like you have more than enough to build a decent case for a waiver but have an incompetent lawyer.
