So its two pages long and this is what it says:

Checklist for Household Member ___________Sally________________________

Regarding Your Form I-864A Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member, and

Required Financial Evidence

Please make the below corrections to your Form I-864A or gather the requested financial
evidence:
[x] Hidden line.
[x] Form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member
[x]     Your Form I-864A Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member is missing.  Please complete
and submit
Form I-864A.

and second page says:

Checklist for Financial Sponsor ___________Sally________________________

Regarding Your Form I-864 Affidavit of Support and Required Financial Evidence

Please make the below corrections to your Form I-864 or gather the requested financial

evidence:

[ ] Hidden line.

[x] Form I-864, Affidavit of Support

[x] Your Form I-864 Affidavit of Support is missing. Please complete and submit Form I-864.

So this tells me that there are issues specifically just with Sally correct? I did submit the 864A so what they lost it? and what does hidden line mean? I hid something? The first page shows hidden  the second leaves hidden with no X .. so that's odd.

Also I am confused on needing the 864 for Sally. The story is Dad submitted 864 as,  "I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative" he didn't have income. His son submitted an 864 as " I am only joint sponsor" he's married so Sally submitted a 864A as HH member. So now they want Sally to also do the 864? What should she be:

  1. I am the only joint sponsor
  2. I am the FIRST joint sponsor or SECOND of joint sponsors
  3. or another option :(

thank you in advance!!!!!

Your explanation is a little confusing, but.....

If "Dad" is the petitioner, Dad files form I-864.

If "Dad" is married to "Sally", and Sally's income is needed to qualify

Sally files form I-864A only if she lives with "Dad"

The son files form I-864A as a household member ONLY if the son lived with "Dad", otherwise son files I-864 as a joint sponsor.
