Hi, sorry I'm sure there are threads already asking this question but I was unable to find any pertaining to Morocco specifically. Is anyone with a spouse from Morocco able to tell me if they were able to submit all documents online during the NVC stage, even the I-864? Did you have to mail anything to NVC? I can't seem to find a clear answer on this. I'm still waiting for a case number so I can start paying the fees. Thank you.

I'm curious on this as well. Though I'm still far away from the nvc stage but perfect time to find out.

once we got our Case number we paid the IV fees and DS260 fee, waited 48h, we then had access to upload Civil and financial documents! instructions are quite simple, just be sure documents are in PDF and not more than 2mo!

you have to scan every doc into PDF, even the i 864, i highly suggest you to frontload Evidence at the NVC Stage (if you guys have met after submitting the i 130), we converted pictures into PDF, we uploaded around 10 random pictures and our flight tickets

good luck

Yes everything is uploaded on the website.  There is a file size limit so if you have a lot of pages in your scanned pdf you may need to "flatten" it.

Otherwise yes.

When we added photos, I opened a Microsoft word document, added 3 or 4 photos to a page and labeled them then saved the word document as a .pdf

One more thing...

At the interview they will ask him for the birth certificate/police papers/court papers and translations that you submitted to NVC

what about now? do you have access to CEAC ? hope you do!!

sorry I'm just now seeing this. Yes I was able to log in a few minutes later. I think I was just trying too fast. I tried to log in the minute I got the email with the case number but I waited about 5 minutes, when back tried again and it let me in. I paid both fees and the fund were taken out of my account today so I'm hoping it'll show as PAID soon so I can start uploading my documents. Do you know how long it took for the payment to be accepted once your fees were paid?
