Hi all,

My fiance is a student veteran, so he has no technical income at present as he is going to school, he is now in his third year of school. Thankfully, we have a joint sponsor arranged. My question is, what does my fiance fill out on his i-134? I understand that we must fill out two, and we are pretty clear on all the supporting documents that the joint sponsor will send, but we are puzzled on what my fiance must include with his. It would be great if anyone who was in a similar situation could share what they did, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, the petitioner is the main sponsor.  The co-sponsor fills out the same form but they will want to see information on the petitioner.

Once you hit AOS, the form is different and the AOS form (I-864) is fully enforceable.  The I-134 form is not.  They still want to see the petitioner's information as he is the person responsible for the petition.
