Hi. I applied for my EAS based on a pending asylum in January 2019. Last week I received a denial letter based on the fact that I have not had my case pending for 150 days. 

 

I applied for asylum in February 2018. I had my biometrics appointment on March 30th, 2018 which I did not attend for personal reasons. I ended up going to my biometrics on July 5th 2018. 

 

I went to the asylum office and they checked that the system never recorded that I had my biometrics done. The office suggested that I filed a motion to reconsider and that I should send my biometrics sheet as a proof that I had them done and that the ead clock should have restarted on July 5th

 

my question is: Is it better to file the motion or should I send my application again along with biometrics sheet as a proof?

10/28/2014.... Received Card Production e-mail for I-485, then I-130 approval e-mail

11/03/2014.... Received e-mail that GC has been mailed

What happened to your GC you obtained with a Divorce waiver?
