Also, think about considering a spousal visa. Morocco is a tough country to get a K1. You'll need lots of visits to one another and lots and lots of proof of bonafide relationship.

Since it  says here  k1 ,I would ask "have you met in person?"

Is this posting by USC or moroccan?  i am going to answer as if the Moroccan is posting  but you can correct that

How long did the USC visit?  a one time 10 day or 2 week trip will not meet  casa requirements

how many trips to Morocco has the USC made?

Are you in a  city near or north of Fes?

are you near the same age?

are you the same religion?

 

all those count to which visa you should apply for as Casablanca embassy is a hard one to pass  interview

 

answer all the above and you will get a ton of advise from those of us who successfully and finally got approved

I should have added 

the USC will need to satisfy the income level for the 100% poverty level for K1 125%if USC goes CR1 to sponsor the Moroccan

You might not want to post personal contact information, as anyone can view and access it. 

We can help you here on the forums, but you need to tell us more information. Are you thinking of going the K1 (fiance) route or the CR1 (spousal) route? Or are you looking at another visa entirely? It sounds to me like you are the Moroccan beneficiary (correct me if I'm wrong). It might be useful for your USC partner to make an account on here, especially since they will most likely be the one handling much of the initial paperwork.

I  did add you but it would be so much better here to give all information and the advice of all VJ community

i went thru denied K1 and approved CR1

RJandHamid  were successful with a K1

and the other members keep up with changes in immigration rules and the proceedures

even though they may not be Morocco,  they are well informed and correct on the process

i am often  corrected by one as there is a proceedure change

be ready here to have the VJ community tell you all you need to know

be ready for "things you may not want to hear"   those things are meant to help your changes /we call it constructive criticism

As stated before K1 in Morocco is not the easiest.  Doing the marriage visa is the best route.  I wish I had done the CR1 in the first place, then my husband would most likely be here already.  Best to take everyones advice seeing they do have some credibility here.  Good luck in your journey

Plus the cost of CR1 (immigration costs only )  is cheaper

K1   requires the AOS after a US marriage is $1225 (about the cost of a flight to Morocco  to help satisfy several trips to be together as needed for casa interview)

Please don't expect everyone else to do your own research.

very true 

this post is by the Moroccan

they  don't have good internet and often it comes and goes

I have been there 6 times

hard to keep online 

costly for a Moroccan to use internet cafes/cheap to us but costly to them

and they are not able to open many US government sites like USCIS

they should use guides here but in my travels,   a Moroccan doesn't go to the real source

they always say "i will ask around (friends)  to find out the answer

I use to say to my husband "why don't you look online at government sites or go ask clerk of the court?  why ask a friend ?  are you getting the correct information?"   i could not change the way they do things

they ask each other and often get untrue answers

even when a moroccan marrys an Amercian ,the informaiton is readily available on the proceedure with the fees but a Moroccan will "ask around"

so this OP is "asking around" and expects the VJ community to be friendly and help

 

if he goes to coffee cafe for free WIFI he needs 10 or 20 DH to buy a tea or coffee /10 dh is a dollar and is a lot of money to most moroccans

if he uses a internet cyber same  10 dh an hour

and to have WIFI at home, they need a landline /most  only use cell phones and do not have a home phone

this is probably why he has not written since the 1st post
