I still have not heard back from USCIS

I sent out my application a month ago and I still have not heard back from USCIS. I believe that I should have received a Notice of Action. I knew my application was received at the Dallas PO box because I tracked it, but I have no news on anything else since. Was the Dallas TX office affected by the shutdown too? Should I be worried? Because, I am!

How long id you guys have to wait for your NOA? Thank yoU!

It's been taking about a month give or take lately.  Did they cash your check or charge your card?  If so, your NOA should be coming.  If you don't get it by around the 6 week mark, it's worth filing electronically for non-delivery.

I sent mine in on January 8th - they received it January 10th, then I heard nothing. So last wednesday (Feb 6) I called USCIS. They said that my application was fully processed and in the system on January 14th. But still no NOA! So he said he was putting an investigation in for me to get them to resend the NOA. He seemed to think it was weird that they just weren't mailing them but everyone I see on these forums seems to be experiencing this too.  My green card expires March 24th, so I will probably see if I can get that infopass stamp and an unrestricted SS card.
