I think same. So you're good to go then.

I included DS-3025 copies with all forms just in case. But that is not needed. 

I don't think the dates matter as much. They might. But as long as it's marked complete, you should be alright.

One question:

If I am changing my surname after marriage, do I apply SSN and AOS documents after my marriage or can I apply before? What is the order of submitting the documents?

POE->Apply for social security->Marriage->wait for SSN to arrive->Go to social security with card and change name->AOS, EAD, AP

Thank you for this very clear timeline!  If I have an SSN that I got when I was working on campus as an international student, I just need to get married first then go to social security with my card to change my name am i right?

I'd think so. I didn't have that experience, but i assume you could do that. Number sticks for life anyway, you'd just need to update your name.

Which will cost additionally. That's why it's always advised to get a FULL medical done, including shots before embassy. Look at that paper that the doctor gave you after medical, at the bottom left it should say whether it's complete or not.

3. Change name on SSN after marriage

4. AOS, AP, EAD.

I gave you in previous reply almost whole information what will follow and what's needed. Be vary and read requirements, double and triple check before sending out paperwork, and make sure the check is for correct amount.
