Hi my Fiance is about to send me his Affidavit of Support. Is it safe to send through USPS? Fedex and UPS is kinda pricey. It will cost him $100 plus just to send the docs. Is it that expensive too?

I-134 support evidence?   A copy of the I-134 is accepted.     Email everything .. it is free.    ;)

If you must send anything to the Phils .. DO NOT use USPS as it becomes PhilPost and  Phili Post sucks.

Luckily we never get to this route. My husband last time only sent to me the scan copy then I printed it out but even those documents are ready consul didn't ask for it.
