He can not adjust status other than through marriage as he is not in status, other that through maybe marriage to one of the Mothers.

 

O Visa would need for him to go back to the UK and he has an overstay.

 

And of course a Felony.

Wouldn’t a felony cause a permanent ban?  Or just a 10-year?

It would need a waiver, well apart from a U which is why I assume that was the one he went for. Not every criminal record is waiverable.

Most immigration lawyers I've seen discussing the case have been pretty mad that the attorney he has or that JayZ got for him are just celeb lawyers.. no one that would be an expert on very serious immigration charges. I guess perhaps he should have married one of his baby mommas.

 

Also an interesting dispute is that ICE says he entered at age 12, but he says he entered at age 7. Not really sure why there's such a difference, or why his team thinks it's important to dispute that. We can see his birth certificate so we know how old he is. His team also states that the mom is an LPR and that the siblings are either US citizens or LPRs.... so what, did his mother just overlook him in getting a status? Still.... his claims of ten siblings was amusing.

 

Is it true though that he should be eligible for bond rather than his current status under constant detention?

He entered initially at 7, went home at 12 for a month or so then reentered in status.

 

I have seen the same comment about his mother and siblings, who knows.

 

Seems to have disappeared from the news, would have thought one Journalist might have done some digging.
