All looks good for me, I sent a lot information also in my file when I applied for K1 visa, later I read that is not necessary but I thought was better more than less but later I was worried because maybe were a lot information but I had my interview in Juarez Mexico and the officer made me only few questions and he did not ask me for nothing additional then I think was good the information I sent. But all depend the officer, country.

You can read my Interview experience in my profile 😊

😊 The best wishes for this process

You have a lot of proof there. It doesn’t hurt to have a lot but also keep in mind that it isn’t all necessary (chat logs). You’ve done the work already, so you may as well submit it how you have it. My submission was also quite bulky but in hindsight I think I added too much 😂. Good luck!

Personally, I believe including unasked for items with the initial evidence in the petition can increase chances of an RFE.

I included Both passport copies with stamps.
8 pictures of us together, with friends, family etc.

ONE chat screenshot with FB message counter at 200,000+, and ONE from random date with call logs  (that was a thing at some point).

Flight itineraries. (10pages, only the pages where it says name of person who's flying, and dates, destination and origin)

and a couple of boarding passes that i didn't throw away.
That was that.

I know for a thing, that if they need, the WILL check your facebook or Instagram pages. You'd need all that you have, if you were from a country where 80% of applications are denied. You're from France, it shouldn't be VERY bad.

Hey! I just assembled my packet, I would like to send it very soon. What do you guys think of this list I added of the contents of my I-129F petition? Is it too much or too little? Do you see anything that I am missing? Thank you so much!

• Cover letter (1 page) wet ink signature
• Payment in the amount of $535.00 with USCIS Dallas address and it has my name with ATTN: I-129F/K-1 (should I put identifying information on the check like a social security number?)
• Passport style photo (Petitioner) taken within 30 days (name written in pencil on the back)
• Passport style photo (Beneficiary) taken within 30 days (name written in pencil on the back)
• Form G-1145 (1 page)
• I-129F (14 pages) (wet ink signature)
• Copy of Birth certificate (Petitioner, copy of front and back) (2 pages)
• Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner) (1 page) wet ink signatures by both of us
• Letter certifying intent to marry (Beneficiary) (1 page) wet ink signatures by both of us
• I-94 & Arrival/Departure history (2 pages)

• Proof of having met in person in the past two years

  • 1. Declaration of meeting with a timeline (2 pages) (wet ink signature)
  • 2. photographs of us together including dates, where at and who and what we were doing (two of the pictures feature family members one with my parents and one with his parents and grandparents) (6 pages)
  • 3. Boarding passes, train tickets, rental car receipt and other receipts (18 pages)
  • 4. Hotel receipt (1 page)
  • 5. Hotel reservations from email (10 pages)

• Proof of ongoing relationship

  • 1. chat history (19 pages)
  • 2. call history (6 pages)
  • 3. Instagram posts (2 pages)
  • 4. Facebook posts featuring friends (3 pages)

• Christmas card from Beneficiary's grandparents includes translation by Beneficiary (3 pages)
• Thank you card I wrote for his parents includes translation by Beneficiary (3 pages)

I am in the same page than you at this moment.

I was reading a lot and i think you should not add the Christmas card and the Facebook and Instagram post in this step.

OMG 18 pages of Boarding passes and receipts.

I have a question, how are you doing with the pictures? Are you writing in the back of the picture, or how? Are you doing it in a photo paper?

All i have it is evidences that i was in USA living for 11 months, a copy of my j-1 visa and my Driver's licence so they can see i was living with him. Also i am adding the i-94 number. After that i only met each other one time in Canada, so i am adding boarding passes, Airbnb information.  He didn't get a stamp in Canada, he is american, it is like as in Europe. I am adding tickets from things that we did in Toronto. I don't have more evidences, because when i was in USA we didn't keep any ticket, we didn't realize all this proccess haha. I am adding call history and some chat conversation with my parents, because they didn't meet in person yet.

Yeah, I think I might consider taking the Facebook, Instagram and Christmas cards out. I added them because we do not have proof of a formal engagement or an engagement ring, so I thought that it would prove that we were more of a bona fide couple. But maybe they don't need all of that information right now. We traveled a lot during 2018, and I am a pack rat, and just so happened to have all kinds of boarding passes and receipts ha. For the photographs, I added 16 photos of us, which I think is too much. I read somewhere that they prefer pictures where they can see both of your faces clearly (e.g. no sunglasses). I have seen people either printed pictures out and put them in a Ziploc bag, or paste them on pages like a scrapbook. As long as the pictures are labeled with the date, the location of the photo, names of people in the photo, and maybe a description of what you were doing during the time the photo was taken if you want to. I glued my photos on a piece of paper and put a description next to it. I heard that a minimum of 3 photos is good, and a maximum of 9. I hope my method is sufficient.

seems like too much to me. I submitted a 1 line statement about meeting in the last 2 years. I added maybe 10 photos total. They dont need your life story they just need to know  you were in the same place at the same time together in the last 2 years. I got approved no RFE. They dont care about an ongoing relationship all they care about is checking the box that says you meet all the requirements for the i-129f. The consulate interview will determine whether you have a real relationship or not.

To me not giving what they ask for is no good, but if you give them too much information that they dont need is also bad. The more  you give them the more they can pick apart to find a problem.
