The best way to not fill out unnecessary paperwork is by.. not filing out unnecessary paperwork.

Filling out unnecessary paperwork is a waste of time, but it’s unlikely to “mess things up”. The principal problem is visa applicants who seem likely to face a lot of difficulty showing strong ties to their home country.

You received incorrect information.   There is no sponsorship for tourist visas.   You do not apply for tourist visas on behalf of others.

If you throw immigrant visa terminology around (sponsor, cosponsor) in a tourist visa interview, it’s likely to be denied as it will sound like there’s immigration intent.

Biometric reused june 28, 2021

N-400 online April 27, 2022 base on 3 years rule, biometric reused.

N-400 interview on December 12, 2022 combo interview i-751. Approved.

January 11, 2023 oath ceremony, Indianapolis. After that done with uscis😂🤭🤫

I took my oath ceremony in Indianapolis, it was a nice ceremony, where people from 35 coutry become american citizen.

01/11/2023 officially done with uscis :)

January 13, 2023 apply for us passport.( regular service).

March 11, 2023 passport in hand

She inherited a Beauty Salon from her Grandmother her boyfriend has been working for 5  years as a chef at a restaurant, they just want to visit us, not planning on overstaying

The restaurant can do without a chef for 3 months? She can leave her own business for 3 months? ...these will be the thoughts going through the CO’s mind. Ties don’t seem very strong then. Won’t escape CO that both these occupations have many illegals doing them in the US. Not accusing them of anything, trying to illustrate why CO might be skeptical.
