Nebraska Service Center why so Slow???

Hello,

I have seen in this VJ timeline that Potomac Service Center CR1 petition is in September 2018 and are getting approved. But Nebraska is still only approving April 2018. Seems like Nebraska are 5 month behind Potomac service center?  Does anyone have clue why so much difference for same petition and why Nebraska is so much slower then Texas and Potomac service center?

Could be anything. Bigger workload with less people for example. USCIS is basically one big mysterie, all it takes is a lot of patience

Nobody knows why Nebraska is so slow but it just is that way. My sister's petition in 2017 was sent there and it took 252 days from NOA1 to approval....it's anyone's guess why they are so slow. Maybe they are distracted by watching the corn grow...?
