No the petitioner is not the preparer and you don't sign. Prepares are considered 3rd party leave it blank.

We talked about this being on skype, she gave me all the info and I typed in PDF form on the computer. She just needs to sign the form for herself. correct?

Only if she is in the US.  If she is not, she does not need to sign anything or provide a passport photo.  Better study those instructions again, more carefully and completely this time.
