Filing adjustment of status for my mother

How do you intend to pay the bills - including health insurance for your mother as well as you family?  Since you have a joint sponsor, you obviously do not have significant savings.  You really need to be sure you can support your wife and kids before you bring others to the US for whom you will need to provide.

I already have a job lined up with my previous employer. So the answer to your question is yes I'll be able to support my family in the us.....

Make it clear.

You can sponsor a parent under the category of family reunification.

you would be the sponsor and can of course use a joint sponsor of needed.

so as a sponsor you show your US address etc but under financials you show a foreign income, I do not know how that would be looked at as it hardly suggests family reunification.

I already have a joint sponsor  for my mother and wife. When I file for the kids they will be citizens on arrival so I will be filing i864w for them.

Did you check if your kids already derived citizenship from you? Did you register with the US Embassy when they were born? That would a Certificate of Birth Abroad and then you would get them a passport.

You may actually be able to apply for a US passport for them by showing evidence of your US Citizenship IF they derived from you at birth. I would go to the US Embassy and bring all the documentation you would need to file for a passport. They will tell you if they qualify.

I already applied and was denied due to the circumstances  of not meeting residency requirements. Did not meet the requirement for 2 years before the age of 14. I was advice to apply for i130 and when the kids landed the will be granted citizenship under the citizenship act.
