Please can he just reprint the page, sign and send it back? Or we should just wait for it to be sent back? And please is there any other important document we need to attach? Apart from the letter of intent?

Start by reading the guides and checklist. Everything you need to know is in there.

Never EVER start an immigration or Visa process without knowing what you're doing. You clearly have no clue, you need to spend weeks, or at least many days, reading up on the process before you file again. Starting with the guides here on VJ.

Yes, reprint the page, sign and send it back using fedex with proof of delivery, you might get lucky as I did and they attach it. Goodluck.

You really need to research everything before trying to file a petition!

This isn't a matter of sending something later for inclusion in an accepted petition.  An unsigned I-129F (along with missing check, wrong amount, etc) is going to be REJECTED before it even gets to the CSC.  If it were just missing the letters of intent, it may be accepted  with an RFE.

This person needs to read the guides and use the USCIS checklist and resubmit the petition properly.

I haven't read about any yet but eventually they are going to start denying incomplete petitions without giving RFE's per the new guidelines. I would hate to be that person. Tough $500.00 plus lesson....

Not a newbie but lost my old info years ago) I have been through this process before --all the way through naturalization-- This site has always been a great help to me.

Please someone should tell me what exactly needs to be done. My fiancé just mailed the form on Monday. We are so confused please.

It will be rejected at the lockbox and returned to you, along with your payment.  You will need to resubmit the entire petition with everything done correctly.  Pay special attention to the non-negotiable requirements:  both parties must be legally able and willing to conclude a marriage within 90 days of the alien fiancee's entry into the US with the visa.  This means you BOTH need to write, sign and date letters of intent to marry each other, and you must also submit any final divorce decrees for either of you.  You also need to submit evidence of having met in person at least once in the past two years immediately prior to filing.  The best evidence is passport stamps, boarding passes, etc.  Lastly, you must submit evidence of the petitioner's United States citizenship.

All of these requirements, and how to satisfy them, are described in detail in the optional check list/instructions for the I-129F petition on the USCIS site.  Since you will need to print out a new petition anyway, I suggest printing the instructions at the same time and following them step by step before mailing anything.  Double and triple check EVERYTHING before mailing.

Thank you so much. Please do they accept scanned copy of the letter of intent from the beneficiary?
