They will send it back. How do I know this? Because I did the same thing

Oh ok.  He also didn't include letter of intent to get married within 90 days. Can we include the letter when it's sent back?

Yes.  If you don't it will be rejected again or denied!!!  You are going to have to re-send the ENTIRE package back.

There is a 99% chance they are going to send everything back .....you can just send it all back along with the missing items.

The good news when they sent it back, they will not cash your check. The bad news is, it might be as long as a month before you get packet back. At that point you will need to open it, sign double check everything is there that needs to be there, include 2 letters of intents etc,and ship it back in a new envelope.

I also forgot something, what I did was i reprinted the page and overnighted it with signature delivery, I wasn't sure if they had attached it and was expecting an rfe but in the end they did and just attached. Print the page where you forgot to sign, fill it out just as you did the original and add a signature plus send the intent to marry. It will be ok, do it ASAP.

One major difference is your case was accepted. The OP's will almost certainly be rejected with a missing signature. There's no matching documents up before they are put into the system.

I realized my error one week after they receive it at California Service Center so I am not sure about when it went in the system, I am assuming it was already in the system, I am not sure but I am assuming that if it is or isn't they can the document in as they did for me, in either case I did it and it worked, worth a shot I think.

When you get it back go through it again calmly)) Make sure you have done everything you are supposed to do.  Don't rush to send it again because you are anxious...Good Luck)

Not a newbie but lost my old info years ago) I have been through this process before --all the way through naturalization-- This site has always been a great help to me.

Please can he just reprint the page, sign and send it back? Or we should just wait for it to be sent back? And please is there any other important document we need to attach? Apart from the letter of intent?
