Hi, I need some help.

So, our case was expedited at USCIS on 11/20. It then was sent to NVC and finally expedited there as well on 1/11. The first time we used our senator, and the embassy denied our expedite request. The second time, we used our congresswoman and it was approved in days.

My question is, since we got expedited so quickly through NVC- we were only able to complete the DS-260 and AOS.

I frontloaded our petition pretty well (no RFE’s) but I didn’t get chance to sideload since we were pushed through NVC

Will we hsve the opportunity for them to see new evidence? I uploaded some things onto CEAC anyway and my hushand has the same documentation on hand.

Thoughts on how this might go?
