Timeline

@Alabamak1 Check my timeline, I have all the dates filled in. We were 224 days from NOA1 to NOA2 with a RFE, and honestly I think things are becoming backlogged more every day with current political situations in the U.S.

Timeline

Ours took 268 days from NOA1 to NOA2 and we had no RFE's. 

 

Delay was due to a mistake on their (USCIS) end. 

 

Not saying that's the norm, just that it's possible to get the bad end of the stick. 

 

Sucks, but you have to be prepared for the worst when it comes to this whole process.
