I was approved on 9 January and I've been calling for 2 days now.  They still have not received my packet and the person I spoke to would tell me that it can take up to 6 weeks before they receive anything from USCIS.  I know it's frustrating because you see some people packets make it to NVC in 14 days.  I'm just going to keep calling everyday.  First I'm stressed about the packet being approved now I'm stressing about NVC receiving my packet then I'm going to stress about my packet leaving NVC then I"m going to stress about when my consulate receives my packet and when I'm allowed to make my appointment.  Sheesh, so much stress, lol

my calls are going to commence on Feb 5.   heh heh...   That's 14 days from NOA2, and it's a shipment to NVC day.   I'm more concerned about the NVC departure than the arrival.  I would just LOVE it if they told me I'm in the Feb 5 mailing, but that's a pipe dream.   I'll be extremely pleased with Feb 19.

In your case, seems tight for Feb 5 but you have a shot.   If not, I'm guessing you're a lock for Feb 19.

I think that 6 week scripted response is an effort to reduce the number of calls.  (for the people who believe that cuz they don't use VJ.com)  Never seen it ever take near that long.
