Okay so I'm just adjusting my status at the moment and i'm confused. I'm including the EAD and travel authorisation into this and it seems as though visajourney guide only tell me the evidence to submit for the AOS rather than EAD and travel auth. Do i only submit two passport photo specifications or is it about 6 passport photo specifications for the other two forms? I'm confused :( Please help! thanks

03/01/2019 - USCIS Chicago lockbox received case  for AOS/EAD/AP

03/21/2019 - NOA1 received hard copy via post (Notice date 03/14/2019)

each form is treated separately. So if each form requires 2 photos....then it is 6 for AOS, EAD and AP.

AOS application will be bigger and may need a bulldog clip. Try this list but read the latest instructions to the forms because I haven't double checked this

I-485 (Adjustment of Status)

  • Photographs (2) of immigrant (passport type)
  • Photocopy of birth certificate of immigrant with translation
  • Photocopy of passport biographical page and K1 visa page (immigrant)
  • Form G-325A Biographic Information Sheet (immigrant)
  • Form I-864 Affidavit of Support (by USC) with photocopies of supporting documents: This varies by each applicant so here's generic suggestions:
  • Employment letter
  • 3 tax returns including copies of W2s (Photocopy) or IRS tax transcripts (photocopy) Only 1 year is required
  • six recent pay stubs (Photocopy)
  • (If needed)Form I-864 Affidavit of Support (by Co-sponsor) with photocopies of supporting documents:
  • Proof of co-sponsors citizenship/status, ie US birth certificate, bio page of passport, naturalization papers, or LPR status

  • Form I-693 with the immunization section filled out by a US Civil Surgeon, signed and sealed by him. Read the instructions for the form. OR photocopy of DS-3025 from UK medical if all shots were completed and recorded by Knightsbridge. One or the other, not both.

I-765 (Employment Authorization)

It's a start to help you organize. Read the instructions to verify.

Sorry the items under the Affidavit of Support were indented further as subcategories of that I-864 form, but didn't paste that way.

Thanks. That caught my eye as something no longer used, but I didn't have time to go over it all.
