How to register for courier service.

Hello i am from Nigeria, i just got an interview date, and there was an instruction that i should reguster for courier service before my interview date, i got a link from US.gov website to register, i followed through the instructions, and filled it correctly but it says , There are currently no appointments available and when i tried and tried they said i am reaching the maximum of tries. I dont understand what is going on, please anybody who had this situation and has been solved please help me.

you do not need to schedule the actual interview, you only need to register for the courier to retrieve your passport after the interview.

I don't know if yours is the same as Egypt 

but this is the site for Nigeria is similar to Egypt

But when i click on the registration link www.ustraveldocs.com/ng it tells me to sign in and not register.

No i have not, how do i do that? Do i need to click on the schedule an appointment link, because that was where i clicked and it told me no appointment for me and that i have reached the maximum amount of tries

so you see the spot that says registration??

When i clicked on registration, this is what it showed me, it is telling me to sign in and not register.

OK thanks i will print that, i clicked on, scheduling appointment, and i registered. And then i got that i didn't even click on the registration.

all I know is I had to register, if you are on a CR1/IR1 you do not change the appointment time, only chose the place they are to send the passport back to if approved.

OK i think i just did that, if you say thats it then thats it,i will print two copies and thank you very much and can i connect with you on Facebook?
