be against cheating.

So??? I would understand if the spouse was someone close to you or if you were the spouse. Otherwise, this is pretty pointless.

Suffice it to say immigration and the law will probably ignore anything you have to say unless you have cast iron evidence and even then will most like ignore it if you aren’t an injured party (first spouse) and as they aren’t automatically going after us citizens in the us who have a religious second wife (flds) then there is little hope of them doing so for someone who is married in another country.

Omg just give the info to op! Both ICE and embassies get plenty of poison letters - up to them if they want to investigate or not.

Op, we have info on how to provide information to ICE on every visa journey page - follow the instructions. For Ankara and Istanbul fraud prevention units use this link to get their email addresses: https://tr.usembassy.gov/visas/fraud-prevention-unit/

The thing is, this situation is not necessarily fraud. In the legal and justice worlds, words have very specific and narrow definitions. The way we use and understand words like "fraud" is not the same as the way a lawyer or judge uses and understands that same word. On top of that, I fail to see what this situation has to do with immigration.
