Many outside the womb have no voice either. Perhaps you would like to speak for the ~1300 children killed by firearms each year?

Did you really just say that?  Comparing the 630,000-700,000 abortions per year to 1300 accidental homicides?

Good thing for you straws are becoming persona non grata...

You googled the number of abortions performed annually, but you can't google how many children are adopted per year?

Great deflection.  Don’t care.  Not my issue, since I cannot have an abortion, and am not trying to adopt.  Just pointing out logical fallacies.

You asked the questions. So great deflection back at ya.

I asked the question because it is not like you to try and compare those kinds of horse apples to bananas.

Kids killed by guns are truly a tragedy.  But the numbers.... 1300 vs. 600,000.  That’s a reach I have never seen you try to make, ever.

Good. Then you get the big picture. I don't like it either, but I can't change it. That was the comparison.

Isn't that nice. You expect women not to abort, but don't offer to addopt any children yourself.

People don't want abortion, but also don't want to contribute to upbringing of children whose parents don't have the means to support them.

Yes, I DO get the big picture.  But in your post, you are completely issuing it I am afraid.

Heart disease is the #1 killer in the US.  1 in 4 deaths, if you believe the stats.  About 610,000 deaths per year.  Well, compared to abortions, heart disease becomes the #2 killer, I guess.

Using your number of 1300 child gun deaths, that equates to 490 abortions per a single gun death.  And one is intentional, one is accidental.  So I cannot fathom how you can conceive to compare the two.

Then why create them in the first place?

Mating often leads to procreating, or so one would believe.

Well your math is excellent. Your logic, not so much.

Fortunately there are more people willing and waiting to adopt than there are abortions.

Exactly.
