I can provide documentation for B,C,D and E. Plus I have a permanent U.S. phone number, a U.S. health insurance account, a registered car with a current U.S. driver's license, a copy of an LLC, in which I am a partner, a U.S. VISA-Chase credit card, a permanent U.S. address.  Is that enough?

That sounds good. The cover letter is not required but you can add one if you'd like, it doesn't hurt to add one. For me, the cover letter also just helped me keep track of all the other docs that were needed during the process.

 

By the way, how far along are you in the process? Your timeline isn't filled out, if you have a chance, please fill in your timeline.
