Yes, we are experiencing a similar issue with the NVC.  Our petition was sent in November, so I have been calling them often.  The last phone call, the said that they had received my petition on January 3 and it would be up to an additional 8 weeks.  Very frustrating.

Here's to hoping you have your new case number soon! Keep calling them to check up on it. Best of luck ❤️

Finally got our notice from the NVC today!  Whoo-hoo!  However, tried to log into the website with the new case and reference numbers that they gave me, and .... doesn't work.  I will try again later and call them tonight if it still does not let me log in.  Did anyone else experience that as well?  I would assume that if we received a letter of notice, that the case and reference numbers would be in the NVC system.
