No I havent had necessarily accurate information before but rather than wait until I did, I thought I would propose hypothetical scenarios.

Just a quick clarification.

 

It is not time based, it is status based. Your siblings can file for only after they become US citizens. If for some reason their naturalization is denied or delayed (hope it doesn't) then they can't file for you.

Uptight - no, those of us here, did things the right way, headaches, heartaches and lots of time invested. we see lots of posts here from people trying to circumvent, cheat and subvert the system that we can be somewhat cynical. Be straight and upfront and you will get good advice, we will not help you try and "cheat" the system

Because they are potentially likely future scenarios so I want to know all available information to me. That (to me) means asking questions from different perspectives. I can then plan my future accordingly. 

 

I don't understand how I have tried to cheat the US immigration system by asking questions from different perspectives. I'm fairly sure that whatever I ask on this forum does not influence anything to do with the actual visa process.

OP mentioned looking for a wife (in this and his previous thread) so that's a no-go...
