Has anyone had issue where CO thought you were too married for staying together d/t cultural norms. I read a k1 visa denial for that reason in Islamabad embassy where co denied visa mainly bcoz of pictures of them staying together one night but was wondering if Mumbai embassy co could think of that too ( I believe Islamabad is pretty conservative than India when it comes to cultural norms but that post made me think ) I was planning to be there for the interview now I’m worried if that would hurt our case . Help please

We got 221g requesting more proof of relationship and we submitted Jan 25th. We got our packet back with what we submitted and then request to submit our passport. We submitted passport that same moment LOL now I'll let you know how long it takes

It depends on co but I don’t think it’s a big issue these days. I would highly recommend joining your fiancé for interview. If you research on k1 for last 8 years.i found less than 10 cases denied.

Everyone gets visa as long as you aren’t hiding or doing fraud. Good luck
