Sure, you can put it as that you are an insured driver of your husband's car. (Don't need to say that he is the only one on title)

Yes for 401k as well. He has made you the beneficiary and that shows financial comingling.

Your evidence reads as if your spouse is the main earner and if so , your evidence list is fine.

I liked @Afrocraft post about this. I believe you hit all the major things in that.

That sounds good.

I heard that we have to make a copy of the whole package. Ugh...😂

I have been working on assembling mine all week long.  I’m waiting on one other thing that should be arriving this week.  Already at 200 pages.  It’s the least stressful filing though, because it’s more or less a formality.  At least that’s what I’m telling myself.  I tried to focus on quality evidence, and less on the stuff of little probative value, and still, a monstrous package.

We don't have that many pages but still...more than what we submitted for the I-129F.

I had a separate bank account until my husband was able to put me on his account ( June 2017 until May 2018).

Do I have to include the separate account? Not really or?

Our joint account sees regular use.  I did not include my separate accounts nor my separate credit card.

I rarely use the old account so I probably won't mention it.

Did anyone submit wills or similar documents?

We did submit wills and living wills.  Ours were done the day our petition was sent out.  I was at the UPS store so I had them notarized with witnesses at that time.  Seemed easiest.
