Cr1 visa approved but not issued!!!

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Bro i understand where u are coming from.. But everyone is different mine is a simple mistake and it is common for anyone to make mistake.. I got my proves..

honestly i feel for you its not easy,getting to the last step and encounter this...US embassy are very sensitive,everyone believe change of name if possible but DOB hmmmm it look suspicious...you would be patient do what it takes for them to correct it for u...that was d only thing that caused this issue....but i can advise you to get IMMIGRATION LAWYER to fight it out for you,because i dont think u can re-file the petition...god is in control pray hard ....it was just a silly mistake...get an IMMIRATION LAWYER

Yeah it was a mistake...but I have told the Us embassy its an error from the immigration office in Lagos..and I have documents to prove my real dob and change of name..
