cr1visa No joint account or joint property--only money transfers

We've been a couple for 4 years, 1 year married, he came to my country 5 times already. However, we don't have any joint account or any joint property. Are money transfers enough? My account is already under married name and i already requested for bank certificate and statement of account to show the remittances. I'm just worried they will ask for any joint property for RFE. Thank you.

i do not think that will be an issue , just send proofs of visits, conversations, emails, photos together with your family, good luck...

Presumably he did his taxes (if he filed already) as Married Filing Separately since wed?  That's another piece of evidence..

Yes, I already gathered all our conversations and posts on social medias, pictures for 4 years,  tickets, etc.. So far I have 158 pages in Word Document. Thank you for your response.

I know that being apart first part of marriage is hard, and more so when you cant have joint proof here is a list I provided for my husband, I here in USA he in Egypt

 

1. 401K updated with my husband as main benificary for that as well as my life insurance policy

2. I was able to add my husband to our apartment lease which he signed electronicly

3. water, electric, gas utility bills are now updated as joint even though he was in Egypt

4. car insurance he was added as my spouse but non driver

5. filed for ITIN number and we filed taxes married filing joint return

6. 3 years of selected phone call proof

7. 3 years of message proof

8. my own personal affidavit letter

9. affidavit letters from 3 in Egypt and 4 here in USA to attest to marriage

10. proof for travel to his country and around his country, passport visa pages from entry to Egypt

I believe that u file for ITIN number  if you are filing jointly. If u plan to file married filing separately, Just write "NRA" ( Non-resident Alien)  where asked for spouse's SSN. You only need a ITIN number if ur filing jointly.

that is correct, but I was able to use that ITIN to get him added to important things such as life insurance, get him on my company health insurance, bank accounts.

I got a certified and translated POA from my spouse in order to add her to my bank account, but the bank refused to do it. They said she MUST be present!!! No ITIN was brought up during our discussion with the bank manager.  I didn't apply for , buITIN, but the bank never mentioned it. They just refused to add her. Period!

isnt 158 pages a bit excessive? noones at uscis / nvc is ever going to read that much surely. ive actually read that too much evidence annoys them.

I am mailing my tax papers off this Friday. i am filing married jointly with my wife. I submitted my I-130 3 weeks ago and my wife is still in her own country. It is a way to do it. If you email in my inbox I will share with you. I think its better if you file married jointly from what i read about getting a VISA for the spouse. it only shows stronger ties instead of filing separate, but everyone situation is different. My
