About police certificate

Hi guys,

 

My K1 interview is approaching and I found that I need a police certificate from all the country that I stayed more than 1 year, does this include U.S.?I studied in the U.S. for 4 years and went back to home country. And if so, should I get a FBI one or state one is more than enough?

Yes u have to get all country's where were u live more then 6months 

I had same issue after interview got 221g to submit the police clearness certificate so u have to get

No, this does not include the US. They will do their own background check automatically.
