Work permit.   This is applied for at the same time as adjustment of status and takes 5 to 6 months to receive

YMMV

Arrive.

Marry.

File for AOS + AP + EAD.

Wait ~4-7 months for the EAD.

Getting an SSN is needed as well. Optimally this is while still in K-1 status , so apply within the first 76 days of entry. Otherwise you have to wait until after getting the EAD (or a green card).

What faster?

Adjustment of status is 12 -14 months typical with or without advanced parole or employment authorization

No impact.

Advance Parole (via an I131). This lets somebody leave the country and re-enter (since the K-1 visa is single use).

AP is advanced parole. They come as a combo card together.

You can expedite work permit if you have a valid job offer, but a lot of companies might not consider you obviously since you can't work..

AP can be expedited if criteria is met, such as say severe medical issue with family or death perhaps.

4-7 months is current waiting time for the EAD/AP combo card processing.

No.  Especially out of the Seattle field office.  Have you seen the current AOS processing times?
